3. Background Location Access (For SOS & Live Tracking) 

When enabled: 

• Location is tracked in the background to assist in emergencies via SOS button 
• Your real-time location is shared with nearby ZOOZOO WARRIORS (volunteers) and selected emergency contacts 
• Location data is encrypted and only used during active SOS situations or live rides 

Note: You can disable background tracking in your phone settings, but SOS and live tracking features may not work as expected. 

4. Who We Share Your Data With 

We never sell your data. We may share it only with: 

• Emergency responders (when SOS is activated) 
• Verified ride partners (driver/rider match only during rides) 
• Government or law enforcement, if legally required 

5. Data Retention 

• Ride history and account data: Retained until user account is deleted 
• SOS and location logs: Kept for a maximum of 7 days for security audits 
• Payment logs: As required by financial regulations 

6. Your Privacy Rights 

You can: 

• Access or modify your personal data via the app 
• Delete your account and associated data at any time 
• Revoke app permissions via phone settings
